Shipping and Returns

Order Processing and Shipping: Upon confirmation of stock availability, we aim to dispatch your order within one to two business days. Due to the high seasonal/holiday order volume, shipping times will vary during the holidays. We do work very hard to get your order out to you and apologize for any delay you may experience in your shipment.

Please review the product description before placing your order, as certain items may experience shipment delays. Customization services have a two-week lead time. The shipping carrier will be determined by the order type and destination, with most products expected to arrive within a week of shipping within the lower 48 states.

Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have 14 calendar days from the delivery date to initiate a return for undamaged products. Upon approval, follow provided instructions to ship the product back within an additional 14 business days for a refund or exchange. Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging; damaged items due to use or improper packaging will not be accepted.

Initiating a Return: To begin the return process, send an email to our support email with "return" in the subject line, specifying the product you wish to return. After approval, you will receive return instructions, and you have 14 business days to ship the return. Late returns will not be refunded. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to returned items. Shipping fees cannot be refunded. Services cannot be returned. Prepaid shipping labels are not provided; use a carrier with tracking and include the tracking number in an email. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after processing within 48 hours of receiving the return. Funds should arrive within 7-14 days of your bank processing the return.

Return Refusals: We reserve the right to refuse return requests for any reason. Custom orders are not returnable. Any services performed on an order cannot be returned (including range extension modification).

Warranty: For damaged orders or defects, email support@superscorcher.com with photos clearly showing the issue, and mention "warranty" in the subject line. Super Scorcher offers 1 year warranty after delivery on Super Scorcher branded products; other brand products we carry will need to be serviced by the respective manufacturer. The liability of Super Scorcher under this warranty shall be limited solely to the obligation to repair the defect, replace the torch/part, or provide a refund at its sole discretion. Modifications of the torch will void this warranty. Modifications include but are not limited to the addition of any non-Super Scorcher or third-party manufactured accessory to the firearm, and Super Scorcher disclaims all responsibility and liability for any damage caused as a result of such third-party accessory use. This warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear and also does not cover any damage resulting from repairs or adjustments, careless handling, neglect, improper, substandard, or defective fuel, corrosion, or other unreasonable use of the torch or part. Under no circumstances shall Super Scorcher be responsible for incidental or consequential damages with respect to economic loss or injury to property, whether as a result of express or implied warranty, negligence or otherwise. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. Super Scorcher will not be responsible for the results of ordinary wear and tear, careless handling, neglect, unauthorized repairs or adjustments, improper, substandard, or defective fuel, corrosion, or unreasonable use. This warranty gives you legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.

Cancellation Policy: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for any reason. Cancellations after 24 hours require the return of undamaged merchandise for a full refund. Orders cannot be canceled or exchanged after 24 hours, as they will likely be in production. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. To cancel, email us directly at our support email with "cancellation" in the subject line.

Legalities: It is up to the purchaser to understand any and all local laws in regard to the purchase, ownership and possession of the product. By purchasing any item from Super Scorcher, the customer certifies, acknowledges, and agrees to the following:

The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the purchase, possession, ownership, and use of any item purchased from Super Scorcher complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances in the customer’s jurisdiction.

The customer has independently verified that its purchase and intended use of any item is legal in the customer’s state and local jurisdiction.

The customer agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Super Scorcher and its affiliates from any liability, claims, or legal consequences arising from the customer’s purchase, ownership, possession, or use of any item purchased from Super Scorcher.

Failure to comply with applicable laws may result in severe legal penalties. If you are unsure about the legal status of an item in your area, consult a qualified attorney or local law enforcement before making a purchase.

International Shipping: Any and all duties, taxes, and or customs costs are to be paid by the buyer. We do not offer refunds if the item is held in customs. We are not liable for any legal issues that may occur from buying the product.
